Safety policy

Acceptable use

BeyondAlgos provides controlled, synthetic practice environments. Use them to learn—not to target real systems, people, or data.

Effective July 28, 2026

Questions about this policy?

[email protected]

1. Protect workplace and personal information

You must not submit, upload, paste, or expose:

  • Employer or client source code that is not publicly licensed
  • Internal logs, runbooks, architecture, tickets, or incident details
  • Passwords, API keys, tokens, private keys, or session credentials
  • Customer records, personal data, health information, or payment data
  • Material subject to confidentiality or contractual restrictions

Use the synthetic systems and evidence supplied by BeyondAlgos. If you need to describe a workplace lesson, remove identifying and confidential details before contacting us.

2. Do not attack or bypass the service

You must not:

  • Access another member’s account, submission, feedback, or environment
  • Probe, scan, exploit, or disrupt infrastructure outside an explicitly authorized scenario
  • Bypass paid access, quotas, scenario boundaries, or security controls
  • Use automated traffic that creates unreasonable load or interferes with others
  • Extract answer material, evaluator logic, or protected scenario content
  • Introduce malware, destructive code, cryptominers, or unauthorized network services
  • Use a lab environment to target internet systems or third parties

3. Use content honestly

Do not redistribute paid scenarios, publish answer keys, resell access, impersonate another learner, or present someone else’s submission as your own. You may discuss general lessons and retain your own professional artifacts, but protected scenario evidence and solutions remain part of the service.

4. AI-assisted work is allowed

You may use AI tools unless a scenario explicitly says otherwise. You remain responsible for protecting confidential information, verifying output, respecting provider terms, and accurately representing the reasoning behind your submission. Do not use automation to overwhelm the service or extract protected content.

5. Respect people

Do not use BeyondAlgos to threaten, harass, discriminate against, dox, defraud, or exploit another person. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, sexually exploitative, or deliberately harmful material.

6. Enforcement

We may remove prohibited content, restrict capabilities, suspend access, preserve relevant security records, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect members, systems, or third parties. Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to affected providers or authorities where legally appropriate.

If you discover a security issue, stop testing beyond what is needed to describe it and email [email protected]. Do not include live secrets in email.

7. Questions

If you are unsure whether an action is allowed, ask [email protected] before proceeding.
