1. Canceling a membership
You may cancel from billing settings at any time. Cancel before the 30-day trial ends to prevent the first monthly charge; trial access ends no later than the end of that trial. Once billing has started, cancellation stops the next automatic renewal and, unless we state otherwise, you retain paid access through the current billing period.
Canceling does not automatically refund the current billing period, and unused time is not automatically prorated.
2. Refund eligibility
Membership payments are generally final after paid digital access has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion when:
- You were charged more than once for the same billing period
- A charge occurred after a properly completed cancellation
- A material technical problem prevented access and we could not resolve it
- The delivered membership materially differed from the offer shown at purchase
- Applicable consumer law gives you a cancellation or refund right
Positive career results, satisfaction, scenario scores, promotions, or completion are not guaranteed and do not independently create a refund right.
3. Requesting help
Email [email protected] with the account email, charge date, and a brief description. Do not send complete card numbers or authentication credentials.
Contact us promptly after discovering a billing issue. We may request reasonable information to verify the account and transaction.
4. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, your bank, and card network. Canceling or refunding may end paid access.
5. Charge disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. This does not prevent you from using non-waivable rights available from your bank or under applicable law.
6. Related terms
Subscription renewal and account rules are also described in the terms of service. If this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the mandatory law controls.
